UPDATE: Usher is finally speaking out about his recent separation from Tameka Foster.

The singer sat down with Entertainment Tonight for an interview about his new life and split from wife Tameka Foster.

Here are some highlights:

On filing for divorce, but being in a “good space”:
“I’d hate for them to assume that. If there’s any turmoil I think it’s managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.”

On his new album:
“Every bit of music that I’ve ever made is either from a personal place or has been lived out.”

On being a dad to two boys under age 2:
“What I do is, I try to get [my work] done and get home on the weekends if possible … but when I’m with my boys it’s just all about them.”

The interview is scheduled to air tomorrow. Usher will tell all about his upcoming projects, and he has a lot up his sleeve — a new Body by Milk campaign, a new album, and a new fragrance!

Some 33 premature babies at The Women’s Hospital in Greensboro are being treated for the H1N1 flu virus. Hospital officials say a staff member may have unknowingly exposed the babies in the neo-natal intensive care unit to the virus.

(but my mom always got her some fly shoes) and she could not talk due to
having C.P (Cerebral Palsy ),so I sat back, took a moment,and typed in what I think she would say about herself..

When we get a knock on the door we never know who or what is on the other side!
Well today we got a knock on the door ,and someones Education was on the other
side, so we let them in!

Have you every had a young man or woman knock on your door or approach you
in a parking lot and try to talk to you about ordering a book or magazine?
and all you did was brush them off or say "I'm sorry I can't help you",
Don't lie you know you have ,I have!

Well today we got that knock on the door,and I wanted to hear what they had to say,
so we let them in.

Today two of the most,well mannered,well spoken,driven,young men sat down
and told me what this was about.(L'Jerald Savage and David Murphy)

From what they told me and from what I understood,when someone orders a book
or magazine they get points in a some what contest and the prize go towards their
education.----like this, a book of some kind is "30" points,and if you order it the points
double for them so they get "60" points, and then when the company
(Millennium Sales INC in MT Laurel,NJ) calls you to ask how they presented them selves
they earn more points.

I believe when you have a young woman or man trying to do something with their self
it is our responsibility to help them in any way we can, and for the two young men
trying to win this prize to help with their education,they deserve to win it !
So I ordered books from both of them so they both can get points.

My husband and I have 5 children and we know we will have to do certain things
to insure that our children continue to get a good education after high school and
they could be the ones knocking on someones door.So take some time at your
door or in the parking lot to her what they have to say,and help out if you can.

Well this is a photo of them, we agreed to keep in touch so they can tell me how they are
doing,so when I know something you well know some thing,they also said

Natasha Richardson, the luminous British actress from one of the world's great acting families, whose performances ranged from the high-brow drama "The Handmaid's Tale" to the lightweight comedy "The Parent Trap" and the Tony-winning Broadway production of "Cabaret," died Wednesday. She was 45.

The wife of "Schindler's List" actor Liam Neeson and daughter of actress Vanessa Redgrave and the late film director Tony Richardson died at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. The cause of death was not announced, but she had been hospitalized after suffering a devastating brain injury while skiing Monday.

"Liam Neeson, his sons and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha," said a statement released by publicist Alan Nierob. "They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time.

Now I wasn't going to talk or put up the photo but something has to be said positive....
This thing with Rhianna and Cris Brown,they say every few seconds a woman is beaten
and now that those seconds have spilled over to the entertainment world maybe more high
up folks will open there eyes and for the ones down here in the so called "REAL wORLD"
stop turning away and open "YOUR EYES" !!!!! For years I watch my Dad beat and fight my mom
and he beat us to ( I don't think he would every admit it but he did).
Mr. Brown said he watched his mom get abused well his agent, his recored company and people
close to him know so why didn't he get into counseling when he started making money?
When he got into a relationship with Rhianna he should have or someone should have suggested
some counseling ?
If he saw all that abuse,saw his mother being beaten by his step-father it's clear he was not being shone
how to be a man..A REAL MAN, because a real would not BEAT A WOMAN!
Now like iI said my father beat my mom and us and he cheated Allot,and some kids canme out of
that,and yes I do believe that the cycle can be broken but sometimes it can skip over a child. It landed right

on top of my older sister,she had boyfriends that beat her and also she used to beat me when I was younger
and let her friends beat on me to all apart of their "FUN" fest when they got "FUCKED UP"on some shit, we
always talked about what she did to me she didn't really say much she never even apologized,One day when
my mom was in the hospital me and my sister went to see her and we where all taking about the past,
the good and the bad so I brought the beating up from my father and her ,and she flat out said she didn't
do it,at that point i know the cycle was still in her,as for me the "Man Beating on me Cycle"didn't
get me but the "Man Cheating On Me Cycle" did but thats another Blog.
So now that this abuse has happen to the Entertainment World well the the ones we know about,
are people going to stand up and speak out louder or is it going to just fad away?

DMX Adopts Pink Prison Wardrobe

Looks like Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio has come up with the cure for DMX's addiction to jail. The hip-hop star and repeat offender, like all of Arpaio's other inmates in the Maricopa county jail, must wear pink t-shirts, underwear and socks.

The girlie wardrobe colors caught DMX by surprise. "This is ridiculous, this is disrespectful," DMX said with a sarcastic laugh during an interview with My Fox Phoenix. "Why the pink?"

Arpaio told Fox & Friends he has had the pink policy in place for 10 years with success. He said the inmates were stealing the white underwear so he dyed them pink.

According to Arpaio, DMX is serving time for charges of animal cruelty, drugs and fraud. Arpaio did not express any sympathy for the hardcore rapper, adding, that jail was not supposed to be fun.

DMX misses the good ole days. "This is not where I want to be man," DMX said. "It used to be, I'll go there, I'll be the life of the party, and ... it's nothing."

Requiring male prisoners to wear pink undergarments is emasculating, but listening to DMX talk about going to jail as if it is a hangout spot is not fine either.

Maybe Cam'ron can give X a pep talk. Cam'ron and other Harlem MCs have always been fine with the springtime pastel color.

The shooting happened about 10:45 p.m. Thursday night in the 1700 block of Banker Street at the Desoto Bass Housing complex.

Dayton police say it looks like the gunfire happened while the girl played a game of Russian Roulette with an 18-year-old man.

Officers say the game usually involves leaving just one bullet in a gun and then taking turns pulling the trigger. Police said they found 5 bullets from what they believe to be a .357 Magnum handgun near where the shooting occurred. However, in this case, police say something was out of the ordinary in the way the teens played.

Dayton police Lt. John Bardun said, "The male put the gun to the female's mouth and pulled the trigger more than once, the gun discharged into her mouth, taking out a number of teeth".

Investigators said that's not the only thing that doesn't make much sense. They said they discovered a blood trail going upstairs inside the apartment and believe no one called for help right away for the 17-year-old victim.

Bardun said, "As far as we can tell the shooting happened in the living room but the suspect took the female upstairs to tell her he loved her and asked her not to prosecute for some reason".

The girl would eventually go outside and to another apartment looking for help. Paramedics took her to Miami Valley Hospital.

Police say doctors are checking to see if any bullet fragments lodged in the victim's brain or spinal cord.

Officers think the 18-year-old man walked to his mother's home a short distance away after the shooting. He left there and police said they caught up to him and took him into custody about 30 minutes after the shooting.

Police said they are not sure if the 17-year-old girl has parents in the area. They did say she is the mother of a 3-year-old child.

Investigators would not say if the child was in the apartment during the shooting but did say there were at least two other people inside the apartment at the time, at least one of them an adult. They are interviewing those witnesses.

Dayton police said the 18-year-old teen they arrested did have tattoos that could be considered gang-related. However, this shooting is not considered gang related.

The wounds are not considered to be life-threatening.

Mychal Bell had been arrested on Christmas Eve after police said he tried to steal shirts and ran from a security guard and an off-duty police officer.

Bell was convicted of beating another Jena High School student in December 2006. The beating and the incidents that proceeded and followed it stirred up racial tensions in the area and sparked a civil rights demonstration.

R&B star Usher and his wife Tameka Foster have named their newborn baby boy Naviyd Ely Raymond.

The couple welcomed their second son into the world on Wednesday, weighing 5 pounds and 13 ounces.

He's a little brother for Usher Raymond V, who celebrated his first birthday just two weeks ago.

A representative for the star says, "Tameka and the baby are doing fine."

The couple married in 2007 and Usher was reportedly at his wife's side during the delivery.

Announcing the pregnancy news last month, Usher told news magazine show Access Hollywood the baby was "one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have."

Foster, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.

A Manhattan lawyer who sued his estranged wife for allegedly giving him herpes didn't get it from her, court papers say.

White-shoe attorney Frederick Tanne, 47, filed suit against his wife of 22 years, Amy Tanne, 46, earlier this year, charging her straying had left him with Herpes Simplex Virus 2, an STD that caused him to suffer "pain, suffering, emotional, mental, psychological and physical injuries and loss of enjoyment of life."

In court papers filed yesterday, Amy's lawyer, Thomas Mullaney, said his client had a blood test last month and "presented as 'negative' for HSV-2, more commonly known as genital herpes, with which Mr. Tanne is allegedly infected."

Reps for Tanne, a senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis, could not be reached for comment.

Thomas Beatie, the controversial "pregnant man" who gave birth to a daughter earlier this year, reveals to Barbara Walters in an exclusive interview that he is pregnant again with his second child.

Thomas Beatie, a transgender, welcomed a baby girl, Susan, June 29. Since sharing the story of Susan's birth
with ABC News, he and his wife, Nancy Beatie, hadn't spoken to the media until they sat down last month with Walters.

Thomas Beatie, who is in his first trimester, tells Walters he did not go back on the male hormone testosterone after Susan's birth so he could have another baby.

"I feel good," he said. "I had my checkups with my hormone level, as far as the HCG. And everything is right on track." He says the baby is due June 12.

Thomas Beatie also spoke to Walters about Susan's birth, which was not via Caesarean section. He was in labor for 40 hours; Nancy Beatie cut the umbilical cord.

Now I don't have anything against the gay community but I would like to know,If he was going to have a baby why does he want to look like and become a woman?

Amazing: Obama Helped Stranded Stranger 20 Years Ago

The Norwegian newspaper VG has reported a truly amazing story about a newly-wed trying to get to Norway to be with her husband, and the stranger who helped pay an unexpected luggage surcharge. The blog "Leisha's Random Thoughts" has translated the story.

It was 1988, and Mary Andersen was at the Miami airport checking in for a long flight to Norway to be with her husband when the airline representative informed her that she wouldn't be able to check her luggage without paying a 100 surcharge:

When it was finally Mary’s turn, she got the message that would crush her bubbling feeling of happiness.

-You’ll have to pay a 103 dollar surcharge if you want to bring both those suitcases to Norway, the man behind the counter said.

Mary had no money. Her new husband had traveled ahead of her to Norway, and she had no one else to call.

-I was completely desperate and tried to think which of my things I could manage without. But I had already made such a careful selection of my most prized possessions, says Mary.

As tears streamed down her face, she heard a "gentle and friendly voice" behind her saying, "That's okay, I'll pay for her."
Mary turned around to see a tall man whom she had never seen before.

-He had a gentle and kind voice that was still firm and decisive. The first thing I thought was, Who is this man?

Although this happened 20 years ago, Mary still remembers the authority that radiated from the man.

-He was nicely dressed, fashionably dressed with brown leather shoes, a cotton shirt open at the throat and khaki pants, says Mary.

She was thrilled to be able to bring both her suitcases to Norway and assured the stranger that he would get his money back. The man wrote his name and address on a piece of paper that he gave to Mary. She thanked him repeatedly. When she finally walked off towards the security checkpoint, he waved goodbye to her.

Who was the man?

Barack Obama.

Twenty years later, she is thrilled that the friendly stranger at the airport may be the next President and has voted for him already and donated 100 dollars to his campaign:

She paid the 103 dollars back to Obama the day after she arrived in Norway. At that time he had just finished his job as a poorly paid community worker* in Chicago, and had started his law studies at prestigious Harvard university.

Mary even convinced her parents to vote for him:

In the spring of 2006 Mary’s parents had heard that Obama was considering a run for president, but that he had still not decided. They chose to write a letter in which they told him that he would receive their votes. At the same time, they thanked Obama for helping their daughter 18 years earlier.

And Obama replied:

In a letter to Mary’s parents dated May 4th, 2006 and stamped ‘United States Senate, Washington DC’, Barack Obama writes:

‘I want to thank you for the lovely things you wrote about me and for reminding me of what happened at Miami airport. I’m happy I could help back then, and I’m delighted to hear that your daughter is happy in Norway. Please send her my best wishes. Sincerely, Barack Obama, United States Senator’.

The parents sent the letter on to Mary.

Mary says that when her friends and associates talk about the election, especially when race relations is the heated subject, she relates the story of the kind man who helped out a stranger-in-need over twenty years ago, years before he had even thought about running for high office.

Truly a wonderful story, and something that needs to be passed along in the maelstorm of fear-and-smear politics we are being subjected to right now.

UPDATE: Thanks for the recommends, folks! Also, remember this was 1988, when 100 dollars was quite a bit of money, compared to today's value.

By the way, this would be the perfect antidote to the Smear E-mails going around. If anyone has a good long email chain list, shoot it out, and let it be passed along.

CHICAGO, Illinois (CNN) -- Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew -- one of three Hudson relatives found slain in Chicago since Friday -- died of multiple gunshot wounds, the Cook County medical examiner's office said Tuesday.

Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, brother Jason Hudson and nephew Julian King were shot to death.

But the office, which performed an autopsy on Julian King's body Tuesday, didn't answer questions about when the child died and where his wounds were.

Julian was found shot to death in an abandoned Chevrolet Suburban on Chicago's West Side on Monday. Police had begun a massive search for him on Friday, the day Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were found shot to death in their South Side Chicago home.

Julian was the son of Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia Hudson, who police said found Donerson's body and called police.

William Balfour, 27, who is Julian's stepfather and Julia Hudson's estranged husband, was detained Friday for questioning in connection with the slayings, a police representative said. Julian was not with Balfour when he was detained.

Balfour was later transferred to prison on a parole violation, the police representative said. According to the Department of Corrections, he spent nearly seven years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possessing a stolen vehicle.

No charges had been filed against anyone in connection with the slayings.

The Illinois Department of Corrections said it could not comment on the specifics of Balfour's parole or how he violated it. But Balfour's parole history report shows the department issued a warrant for him Saturday on allegations he violated his parole by possessing a weapon and failing to attend anger management counseling and a substance abuse program, according to The Associated Press.

Parole records also show that Balfour had missed a meeting with his parole agent on Friday, and that the agent subsequently reached him by phone around the time the first bodies were found, the AP reported.

Balfour told the agent he was "baby-sitting on the West Side of Chicago," and that the agent thought he heard a child in the background, the records show, according to the AP.

Balfour will be held until a prisoner review board takes up his case, a department representative said. That process could take several weeks.

On Tuesday, William Balfour's mother, Michele Davis-Balfour, said her son had nothing to do with the slayings.

"I'm sorry this happened to this girl's family, but they're not going to put it on my own son," she said. "He hasn't been framed, but he's been wrongly accused."

Authorities have said the Chevrolet Suburban in which Julian was found was Jason Hudson's. During the search for the boy, postings on Julia Hudson's MySpace page showed a picture of Jason Hudson and the white SUV.

Julia Hudson posted a message on the page after her son's body was found.

"His li'l soul is at ease, I take comfort in knowing that Julian is with my mother and my brother and most of all the Lord, and now he's my angel, he's protecting me," she wrote.

"Now because I chose to do what was natural to me and love someone, it cost me my beautiful family, my wonderful beautiful loving supporting mother, Darnell, my true blue baby brother, Jason, I love u big baby ... and last but never not least, my only son, Julian," she added.

Meanwhile, mourners continue to offer their support for the Hudson family.

On Monday night, a group of women huddled together in the cold singing "Spotlight," Hudson's latest hit song. "No I don't like living under your spotlight," they sang, "just because you think I might find somebody worthy." Mourners left stuffed animals, cards balloons and crosses.

"The hurt that she's feeling, this community is feeling for her," a woman said into a microphone about Julia Hudson.

"I'm really concerned for the mother and how she's feeling. I just want her to know she is in my prayers," neighbor Stephanie Patton said.

"I don't understand how someone could be so cruel," said the Rev. Krista Alston, a cousin in the Hudson family. "I mean, God gives life and God takes life, and it's just so devastating to our family."

CHICAGO (AP) — Jennifer Hudson appealed Sunday for the public's help in finding her 7-year-old nephew, missing since the shooting deaths of her mother and brother.

City police, who intensified search efforts in the neighborhood where the Oscar-winning actress and singer grew up, also transferred custody of a "person of interest" in the killings to state authorities.

An Amber Alert remained in effect Sunday for young Julian King, who disappeared on Friday, the day the bodies of his grandmother, Darnell Donerson, 57, and 29-year-old uncle Jason Hudson were found in the home they all shared on the city's South Side. The deaths were ruled homicides.

The Amber Alert listed William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia Hudson, as a suspect in a "double homicide investigation." Julia Hudson is the missing boy's mother.

Chicago police spokeswoman Monique Bond said that authorities considered Balfour a "person of interest" in the case but that he had not been charged.

Authorities said the search for Julian would be citywide, but on Sunday residents and officers focused their efforts "in the immediate vicinity" of the family's home in the Englewood neighborhood, said police spokesman Dan O'Brien.

Police said they did not have a motive for the killings but called the case "domestic-related."

"There's a lot of forensic evidence. We have to work the evidence and try and solve this case," Bond said Sunday. "Most importantly, we want to find the child."

Bond said no weapon had been found at the Hudson home, a three-story house sandwiched between vacant lots littered with trash. On Sunday, investigators moved in and out of the home and examined the trash.

Police officers were instructed to place fliers with Julian King's picture and description in every business in the area.

Jennifer Hudson, a former "American Idol" contestant who won an Academy Award for best supporting actress in 2007 for her role in "Dreamgirls," was in Chicago with her family during the weekend, her sister said. A publicist did not disclose her whereabouts.

In a MySpace blog entry on Sunday, Hudson said she was grateful for community support and posted a picture of her sister's son.

"Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely," the blog entry said. "If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately ... Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time."

Bond said Balfour, who had been in police custody since Friday, was transferred Sunday to the Illinois Department of Corrections "based on his active parole violation unrelated to this investigation."

Records from the Corrections Department show Balfour, 27, is on parole and spent nearly seven years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possessing a stolen vehicle.

Corrections spokeswoman Januari Smith said Balfour would probably remain in state custody until the Illinois Prisoner Review Board looked at his case. She would not say exactly where Balfour was being held.

It was unclear whether Balfour had an attorney Sunday, but his mother, Michele Balfour, has denied that he was involved the killings or in Julian's disappearance.

During a public plea Saturday for the boy's return, Julia Hudson described her son as a smart, sensitive and easygoing child.

"He's not your typical 7-year-old," she told a crowd at the family's Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist Church on Chicago's South Side. She was joined by the boy's father, Greg King.

Julia Hudson said she last saw her son Thursday night when they went out to dinner to celebrate her 31st birthday. Afterward, she said, she took Julian to the home she shared with her mother and brother and handed him to his grandmother, and everyone went to sleep.

She said Saturday that she was confident her son was still alive and that she was praying for his return.

"Momma's looking for you. I'm not going to stop until you come home," she said.

We all are in or have been in a relationship and we tend to try to please our partner may it be husband,wife,boyfriend,or girlfriend.
But they always try to push us to our limit!,it maybe in the bedroom,in a conversation,income,whatever it is,but sometimes we are not willing to go there or we can't! WHAT IN THE HELL DO THEY WANT?
In my opinion it is harder for the ones in a new one(relationship or marriage)I think
they feel they need to give it a little more time then they will learn to like or love the PUSH...
Well I'm here to tell you WON'T! I doesn't get better,and if you have been in it for years you need
to let go!
If you feel uncomfortable,and do or say something that is not the real you then it is not the right thing
or place for you to be!
You have to please yourself be for you can please someone else .....in my opinion! but believe me I'm still

Police said they were searching for a suspect in the double homicide and also a seven-year-old boy, possibly Hudson's nephew, who was missing from the house on Chicago's South Side where the victims were found.

The Chicago Tribune said one of the victims was Hudson's mother, Darnell Donnerson. The entertainment website TMZ, citing a neighbour, said Hudson's brother Jason also was found dead.

Police said neighbours reported hearing shots in the area during the morning but the bodies were not found until mid-afternoon.

"A missing child was possibly abducted from the scene...and may be in the company of William Balfour, a suspect in the double homicide investigation," police said in a statement, adding that the man was "considered armed and dangerous."

The statement listed two vehicles Balfour may be driving. It did not say who Balfour was or whether he was related to the family.

Ashley Todd admitted her claim of being attacked by an Obama supporter was all a hoax.

Todd was arrested today and charged with making a false police report. She remains in police custody.

Right from the beginning the details of Ashley Todd’s story didn’t add up. The 20-year-old McCain volunteer claimed she was ambushed at an ATM machine by a knife wielding black man who was angered by a McCain sticker on her car bumper.

She described being punched and knocked to the ground and she said her assailant etched a backwards ‘B’ in her face.

Todd did not report the crime to police until the next day. Her “injuries” were very suspect and her story changed by the hour.

This case is similar to the 1987 Tawana Brawley case. In both cases, it was very evident that the alleged victims were lying.

Yet the media gave credence to these women by continuing to report the story as if the crimes were legitimate.

Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death in her Chicago home Friday afternoon, according to reports

A representative from Hudson family's church, Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist, confirmed to the Chicago Sun-Times that Hudson's mother, Darnell Hudson, 57, was murdered. TMZ.com confirms Hudson's brother, Jason, was also a victim.

"Officers responded to a call of two people found unresponsive," Chicago Police Department spokesman John Mirabelli tells Usmagazine.com. "They discovered a male and a female that had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

"Right now, our investigation is a double homicide," the spokesman tells Us. "We understand family members are on the scene."

Officer Mirabelli would not confirm details of the shooting, but TMZ.com reports a cousin who lives nearby discovered the bodies.

Hudson has been outspoken about how close she is with her family.

Hudson praises her mother and brother in the liner notes of her self-titled debut album (released September 30).

After thanking God, Hudson writes: “Next, of course, is u my mommy DARNELL AKA DOLL...thank u for instilling in me that I could do anything I put my mind to and teaching me to always put God first. Thank you for loving me no matter what.”

Then, “To the original JHUD’s, my big bro and sis JASON and JULIA, I love you so much. Thank you both for rooting me on and supporting me like nobody else. Also for believing in me and never letting me settle for just ok but the best. Because of u, I don’t believe in limits. LIL’ JULIAN KING my lil’ nephew, I love u, baby.”
